Google Reviews
جدول المحتويات
Dashi monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews and helps you respond quickly with AI-drafted replies.
How It Works
- A customer leaves a review on Google.
- Dashi periodically checks for new reviews and detects the new one.
- The AI drafts a reply using your knowledge base and the review content.
- You receive a notification with the draft.
- Approve, edit, or reject as with any other message.
Viewing Reviews
In the Dashi dashboard:
- Go to Conversations.
- Click the Google Reviews tab.
- Each review shows the customer’s rating, text, and your AI-drafted reply.
Replying to Reviews
From Your Phone
The notification workflow is the same as regular messages:
- Reply 1 to approve the AI draft
- Type your own version to edit
- Reply 2 to reject
From the Dashboard
Click on a review and use the action buttons:
- Approve — Post the AI draft as your reply
- Edit — Modify the draft before posting
- Reject — Don’t reply to this review
- Redraft — Ask the AI to try again
Bulk Reply to Reviews
If you’ve accumulated unanswered Google Reviews, you can catch up all at once:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click the Google Reviews tab.
- Click Bulk Reply.
- Dashi drafts and sends replies to all unanswered reviews automatically.
This is useful when you first connect Google to Dashi and want to address existing reviews quickly. Bulk replies are sent directly without individual approval.
Updating and Deleting Replies
After posting a reply to a Google Review, you can:
- Update Reply — Edit your posted response and re-publish.
- Delete Reply — Remove your response from Google entirely.
These options appear on the review card in the dashboard after a reply has been sent.
Tips for Google Reviews
- Respond to all reviews — Both positive and negative. It shows potential customers you’re engaged.
- Keep it personal — Edit AI drafts to add a personal touch. Mention the reviewer by name or reference their specific experience.
- Address concerns — For negative reviews, acknowledge the issue and offer to make it right.
- Stay professional — The AI drafts are designed to be professional and courteous. If you’re tempted to reply emotionally to a bad review, trust the AI’s tone.
