Account Settings

Account Settings is where you manage your personal login credentials. For business-specific configuration (knowledge base, notifications, platforms, auto-reply), see Business Settings instead.

Accessing Account Settings

Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Account Settings.

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Account Settings.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
4. Click Update Password.

If you signed up with Google and don’t have a password yet, you can set one here as a backup login method.

Changing Your Email

1. Go to Account Settings.
2. Enter your new email address.
3. Click Update Email.
4. Check your new email for a confirmation link.
5. Click the link to confirm the change.

Your email won’t change until you confirm via the link.

Changing Your Language

To change the interface language, use the language switcher (globe icon) in the top navigation bar. Available languages:

• English
• Chinese (Simplified)
• Spanish
• Vietnamese

This changes the dashboard UI and your notification messages (SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram). The language setting is not part of Account Settings — it’s always accessible from the navbar.

Deleting Your Account

If you want to permanently delete your Dashi account:

1. Go to Account Settings.
2. Scroll to Delete Account.
3. Enter your password to confirm (OAuth users may not need this).
4. Click Delete Account.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data is deleted, including:

• Your knowledge base and temporary notes
• All conversation history and messages
• Generated posts and cross-posts
• Media library
• Bookings and bookable resources
• Platform connections
• AI usage logs
