Media Library

The media library is where you store photos that Dashi uses to create social media posts and slideshow videos.

Uploading Photos

1. Go to Media Library in the navigation menu.
2. Click Upload or drag and drop files onto the page.
3. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF.
4. Maximum file size: 10MB per image.

You can upload multiple photos at once. Dashi automatically detects and skips duplicates.

Viewing Your Library

Photos are displayed in a grid sorted by newest first. Each photo shows:

• A thumbnail preview
• How many times it’s been used in generated posts
• Platform-specific usage counts

Scroll down to load more photos — the library uses infinite scrolling.

Using Photos in Posts

When creating a new generated post, you pick photos from your library. You can also upload new photos directly from the post creation screen.

For Quick Create, Dashi automatically selects your least-used photos so all your images get shared over time.

Deleting Photos

• Single delete — Click on a photo and select Delete.
• Bulk delete — Select multiple photos and click Delete Selected.

Deleting a photo from the library does not remove it from previously published posts.

Tips

• Upload in batches — Spend a few minutes after a busy day uploading the best photos from your phone.
• Quality over quantity — A few great photos produce better posts than many blurry ones.
• Cover different angles — Food close-ups, workspace shots, happy customers (with permission), finished work — variety makes your content more engaging.
