Dashi can turn your business photos into ready-to-publish social media posts with AI-generated captions, music, and animations.

What You Can Create

• Photo posts — Single images or carousels with AI-written captions for Facebook and Instagram.
• Slideshow videos — Animated slideshows with transitions, music, and text overlays for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Creating a Post

Standard Creation

1. Go to Generated Posts in the navigation menu.
2. Click New Post.
3. Select photos from your media library (upload new ones if needed).
4. Choose a platform — Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
5. Choose content type — Photo Post or Slideshow.
6. Optionally add a prompt or title to guide the AI.
7. Click Generate.

Quick Create

For a faster workflow:

1. Click Quick Create on the Generated Posts page.
2. Choose a platform and content type.
3. Dashi automatically selects your least-used photos and generates a post.

No photo picking or prompt needed — great for keeping your feed active with minimal effort.

How Video Generation Works

1. Analysis — The AI examines your photos and detects content types (food, lifestyle, service, before/after, etc.).
2. Planning — It creates a slideshow structure: slide order, transitions, text overlays, and timing.
3. Music Selection — The AI picks background music from the library based on mood and energy level.
4. Rendering — The video is rendered with animations and exported for your chosen platform.

Each platform has different requirements (aspect ratio, duration limits), and the AI adapts accordingly.

Reviewing and Editing

After generation completes:

• Preview the video — Watch the full slideshow before publishing.
• Edit the caption — Modify the AI-generated text and hashtags.
• Regenerate — If you’re not happy, click Regenerate with optional feedback (e.g., “make it more upbeat” or “focus on the food shots”).
• Generate for another platform — Reuse the same photos for a different platform with adapted formatting.

Publishing

• Facebook and Instagram — Click Publish to post directly via the API. Requires a connected platform.
• TikTok — Dashi prepares the video; download or use the extension to post.

Tips

• Use high-quality photos — Better photos make better posts. Well-lit, clear images produce the best results.
• Variety helps — Mix close-ups, wide shots, and detail shots for more dynamic slideshows.
• Add a prompt — Telling the AI “highlight our new menu items” or “show the salon atmosphere” gives better results than no guidance.
• Post regularly — Use Quick Create to maintain a consistent posting schedule without spending hours on content.
